Where: the repair-enquiry area at
/diagnose/Purpose: form security, including linking a one-time anti-forgery token to the browser and checking submission timing.
Duration: configured for one hour; the browser may remove it sooner when the session ends.
Access: first-party, Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax.
This cookie is essential to provide the form securely and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Because it is strictly necessary, the site does not ask for consent before setting it.
Server and email logs
Hosting and mail systems may create security and delivery logs. These are not cookies, but may include time, network information and browser details. Their use is explained in the Privacy Notice.
If the site changes
If optional analytics, embedded media, advertising or other non-essential storage is introduced, BoardFaults will update this notice and implement an appropriate consent choice before those technologies run.
